Laundry Room

We recently built a new deck off the north side of our home. It was a side of the house we rarely used off the laundry room but had a back door to that led to nothing but grass. Of course, now that we have to pass through the laundry room to get to it, I was beginning to notice that I hadn't updated the room in so long and the paint in there was somewhat dark, which I'm not a fan of. So time for an update. Hubby came home with a piece of a picket fence that started it all.

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhnvTJ8y3J4KXiKq4qMyjrKdlUmGktkL4s9Rh471jF9hmPSyOAuM6jFlv95ABv1X8y33-dsgoFvTVyX_Z-n1mrbQWE28WWtv6Efo3kigp9VLLRBWC_i6akLadTi0xEFzsoOzxtYY_y_h39R/s1600/009.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; Laundry Room Ideas and a Vintage Ironing Board

Howdy! I was so excited last week to find a wooden vintage ironing board for only 15 bucks at a flea market. That combined with the cute Wine and Cheese bag I bought, really inspired me to give some extra attention to a room I don't enjoy decorating much, the laundry room. Our laundry room used to be the catch all for pretty much everything, so I decided to organize a little and find a place for everything that we throw in there. Here's how it looks now.

It's a fairly small room with a lot of doors. Door to the outside, door to the guest bathroom, door to the hot water heater and little door to the furnace.

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjGN5T_c_gq6yFnb9HR0dSS-vLQqEvh3CaxT__8VHrgxxGUwpWzwTp7n4FajYoQ_yHQ1FxUMDNcqtBRCB-r3vH0N7ksMmhfQtMtbOflLMENW8gnKjPYKUuCHCC9ZReF_IrTQdymDOUWZt0/s1600/P1010197.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em;
